Why 3 months?
A three month commitment to the Pilates routine is recommended because this provides sufficient time to see noticeable results and solidify habits.

Joseph Pilates, the founder of the exercise method, said “In 10 sessions, you'll feel the difference; in 20, you'll see the difference; and in 30, you'll have a whole new body”. Twenty sessions, over three months, could translate to approximately two Pilates sessions per week.
