Most studios offer Pilates sessions in 50 minute to hourly increments. However, at Sasume Pilates, we take this to another level. Our sessions are 90 minutes for a full body workout. We finish when your body is sufficiently worked on, not when the clock is up. At our studio, a good session is not about how much workout and sweat you can cram into an hour, or trying to leave you sore (which is not the best indicator of a good workout anyway), but listening to your body and giving it an efficient and safe workout at its own pace. We focus on proper breathing and concentration, which are not to be underestimated.
We don’t work with just anyone. We only work with a certain number of clients per year so we can focus on the people already working with us. Our priority is to be fully present in your fitness journey.
Our ideal client is the one who is committed to their self improvement, and knows that they can use an edge with Pilates.
A instructor at Sasume takes about only 20 clients a year but focus 100% on their journeys.
3 months package - one 90m session a week
Homework: I will give you gentle homework you can take home so you can take charge of your fitness. The homework can be done on top of other fitness modalities you use (such as weight training, running, and sports).
Unused sessions can be used later, though I recommend sticking to the recommended routine in order to build a strong foundation for your body in an effective manner.
3 months package - two 90m sessions a week
I suggest 2 guided sessions a week to get the most effect and build a strong base for your body.
Homework: I will give you gentle homework you can take home so you can take charge of your fitness. The homework can be done on top of other fitness modalities you use (such as weight training, running, and sports).
Unused sessions can be used later, though I recommend sticking to the recommended routine in order to build a strong foundation for your body in an effective manner.

I offer payment plans of $333/month for 6 months. $1800 if paid in full.
(~ 19 in-person hours total, 6 hours outside of that for fitness planning I do. So 25 hrs)

We offer both in-person and virtual sessions. We can do in-person at our own studio, at your preferred location outside our studio, or virtually.
Our studio is furnished with the Reformer, Wall Tower, Wunda and High chairs, barrels, and yoga mats.
We travel within 20 miles from our studio location to your home, or another studio if you prefer.
Our travel fee is $30 per session.
Recommended home equipment: Yoga mat, Pilates circle, lightweights, bands, ball. However I can bring my own supplies as well.
We use Zoom to do our sessions.

All sessions will take place as scheduled. I will reach out in advance to provide you with a video link. When it’s time for your session, please position your device to capture a full view of your mat. I will be there to guide you through your workout.
For first-time clients, you will need to complete a waiver and intake form. This helps us ensure you receive safe and personalized service.
